How much are your application fees?
$50 per adult
What to I need to bring when I turn my application in?
A completed application, application fee(s), 2 most recent paycheck stubs, and Photo ID are required when you submit your application.
What will you look at on my application?
When reviewing your application, we will look at the following:
— Credit Report
— Nationwide Criminal Background Review
— VERIFIABLE Rental History from a Property Management Company or Apartment Complex or a credit score of at least 580.
— Employment and Income Verification
What if this is my first-time renting?
If this is your first-time renting, we would require that you have a credit score of at least 580.
Can I use a family member as a rental reference?
No, we require that rental references come from a property management company or apartment complex.
My credit score is not the best, will I be turned down?
Not, not necessarily. We are not looking at your credit score if you have verifiable rental history. In this case we will be looking at your credit in reference to your rental history. If we did find an eviction or balance owed to a landlord, your application would be turned down.
Do you allow pets at your properties?
No, we do not allow pets at any of our properties.
How far back do you look on the criminal background?
We look at criminal charges in the past 10 years. This includes felonies and misdemeanors. Serious Charges beyond this limitation will be reviewed by management on a case-by-case basis.
If my application is turned down, is the fee refundable?
No, all application fees are nonrefundable.
If I am interested in a property, when should I put in an application?
Contact the office to see when the property you are interested in will be available. Applications are only valid for 30 days.
My application has been approved, what happens next?
Once your application is approved, we will hold the property you are interested in until it is ready for you to move in. Once we contact you that the property is ready, you will have 7 days to move in before your hold expires. On your move in day, you will be required to have your security deposit and the first week or month’s rent, depending on the property. The first rental payment and security deposit must be made in cash.
